HIDE (healthcare, inclusion diversity equity) is a network of accomplished professionals from varied cultures and belief systems; however the agreed vision is to partner with organisations to create a supportive, informed, racially and culturally aware environment that allows staff to flourish.
Our “No Longer HIDE” strategy is the foundation of our approach. It transcends the out-dated definitions and perceptions on BAME staff issues and needs, it breaks down silos and naturally drives an equitable and inclusive environment for innovation. This collective approach means that people from diverse businesses, backgrounds, beliefs, cultures and genders learn to acknowledge and appreciate different skill sets and drives engagement.
I am very proud of HIDE aims and objectives which is ingrained in raw partnership, the reality is that BAME issues is not just an occasional media coverage, untouched polices or diversity day, it is the future of BAME generations to be accepted in the workplace every second, every minute without bias restrictions. We look forward to hearing from you firstname.lastname@example.org
